How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka we usually deliver within 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka it usually takes 2–3 days.
How much is the delivery charge?
Inside Dhaka ৳60, outside Dhaka ৳120.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You can pay cash when the product is delivered. You can open and check the parcel in front of the rider before paying.
What if the product is damaged or not as described?
If a product arrives damaged, leaking or not as described, tell the delivery rider before paying or contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Are your products really free of adulteration?
Yes. We buy directly from producers we know, in small batches, and never mix in palm oil, sugar syrup, colours or preservatives.
